The hotel has a fantastic location right in the center of Poitiers, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. I found the hotel to be in a superb location, just a short stroll from the main square, which made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were clean and quiet, though they didn't quite match the deluxe vibe advertised. The service was friendly and accommodating, and they even opened up the dining room for us to watch a World Cup game. However, the dining options could be improved, and the rooms are due for refurbishment soon.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Poitiers which made exploring super easy. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a bit too warm for my liking, and the lack of air conditioning was a downside.
